Overview

At BraveHorn, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are fulfilled by Printful, returns are processed through their network of global facilities. Please read the following carefully before initiating a return.

Return Addresses

Returns are automatically directed to the Printful facility where your order was fulfilled. Below are the standard return addresses by region:

Important: These addresses are for product returns only. Any other correspondence (e.g., letters or notices) sent to these addresses will be returned to the sender.

Return Eligibility

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If the issue is determined to be our error, we’ll cover the return costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Face masks and other sealed items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

  • If an incorrect shipping address was provided, or a package is unclaimed, it will be returned to the Printful facility.
  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming a valid address.
  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days if not reclaimed.

Buyer’s Remorse & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (unless you are located in Brazil). Size exchanges and returns for personal reasons are at your expense and discretion. If you wish to offer these options to your customers, you must place a new order manually.

Special Terms for Brazil

Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving their item. A photo must be provided, and the product must not show signs of use or damage. Refunds will be denied if the product is returned used or altered.

Notification for EU Consumers

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is not provided for:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for return due to hygiene.

Additional Info

If you have your own US return address (not a PO box), you may use it instead of Printful’s, but you will be solely responsible for managing returns.
